Why is it so important to relax?

A good question. Maybe obvious – maybe not.

Here’s a reminder from Basher:
“Take a deep breath – hold it – hold it – hold it – hold it – then let it go….
Relax! Relax! relax!
And when you do – you’ll enjoy yourself more.
And when you do – you’ll enjoy life more.
And when you do – you’ll enjoy everything more.”

IOW – it’s about managing our vibration; managing how we feel; managing our state of being; managing our attitude.

A relaxed state of being attracts a relaxed series of experiences and events… mmm  … seems simple, doesn’t it?  But only once you’ve “got it”.

Sadly most have been taught that there is greater “value in struggle and hard work” than there is in ease and relaxation. Odd, isn’t it?
