How do you recharge?

One of my favourite ways to recharge is using brainwave audios.

I put in my ear phones, close my eyes and let the rich resonant tones of harmonically layered binaural beats gently guide me into a relaxed flow state. Perfect at the end of the day to get an over active mind ready for sleep.
